Enter four numbers per SKU and get a clear reorder decision: REORDER NOW / LOW / OK and the exact order quantity.

Built for: small warehouses, stockrooms, makers, e-commerce, and light manufacturing (≈50–800 SKUs) that don’t want a full WMS.

What it does

• Flags REORDER NOW / LOW / OK per SKU
• Calculates Reorder Point: ADS × (Lead Time + Safety Days)
• Calculates Recommended Order Qty: (ROP + ADS × Lead Time) − Current Stock
• (Optional) Tracks Inventory Value: Current Stock × Unit Cost

Keep day types consistent. If Lead Time is business days, use business-day ADS and Safety Days (and the same for calendar days). Mixing day types breaks the math.

How it works (straight)

You enter:

• Current Stock (D) – sellable units on hand
• Avg Daily Sales – ADS (E) – calendar-day or business-day average (pick one and stick to it)
• Lead Time (F) – order → receipt, in the same day type as ADS
• Safety Days (G) – buffer (3–5 stable items, 5–10 variable, 7–14 critical)

It fills in automatically:

• Reorder Point (H)
• Status (I) — 🔴 / 🟠 / 🟢
• Recommended Order Qty (J)
• Inventory Value (M) if you enter Unit Cost (L)

First data row: 5 (headers on row 4). No macros.
